Wanted: General Maintenance Worker for Building Maintenance/Renovations.
We are a busy renovations and maintenance company looking for a reliable, hard-working, and devoted handyman.
You will be responsible for general renovations and maintenance duties, such as:

Door slab installation.

Ceramic tile installation.
-
Finish Plumbing.
-
Kitchen and countertop installation.
-
Framing.
-
Light Maintenance work. (Shelving, toilet paper holder install, medicine cabinets etc.)
***All work is in Hi-Rise rental apartments.***
This is a full-time position (not for general contractors).
Salary based on experience and will be fair and negotiable.

$25-$35/hr.

Mon-Friday.

8-10 hour shifts.
A successful candidate requires:

A set of their own tools.

2-3 years of experience.

Their own vehicle.
-
An ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
