Bandit Energy Services is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Services Administrator to support operations across multiple business functions.
This position provides administrative and coordination support for safety, quality, project administration, contract management, scheduling, reporting, cost tracking, and general business operations. The successful candidate will work closely with management, project teams, field supervision, clients, and subcontractors to ensure documentation, reporting, and operational processes are maintained accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain safety, quality, training, compliance, and transportation records, including training matrices, competency tracking, and regulatory documentation.
- Support incident reporting, corrective action tracking, inspections, audits, client compliance programs (ISNetworld, ComplyWorks, Avetta), and related compliance programs.
- Assist with project administration activities including contract documentation, purchase orders, subcontractor records, project files, document control, and project closeout packages.
- Support project planning, scheduling, workforce coordination, equipment tracking, and operational reporting.
- Assist with project cost tracking, budget monitoring, timesheet review, coding verification, and performance reporting.
- Maintain quality management records, inspection documentation, turnover packages, and corrective action tracking.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, presentations, correspondence, and other business documentation.
- Provide administrative support to management, project teams, and field operations as required.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Previous administrative experience in construction, industrial services, oilfield, transportation, project administration, safety administration, quality management, contract administration, or a related environment.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.
Preferred Qualifications
The following would be considered assets:
- NCSO designation, OH&S Certificate, Business Administration, Project Administration, or related education.
- Experience with safety management systems, quality systems, project controls, contract administration, scheduling, reporting, transportation compliance, or client prequalification platforms.
- Experience using systems such as ISNetworld, ComplyWorks, Avetta, or similar business management software.
- Experience in pipeline, facility, civil, trucking, oilfield, industrial, or construction environments.
