Overview
Little Kickers Burlington & Waterdown is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and reliable Soccer Coaches to join our growing team. We provide fun, structured soccer-based classes for children aged 18 months to 8 years old, helping them develop confidence, coordination, and a love for sport.
We are currently seeking coaches who are available to work weekday evenings and weekends and are interested in a long-term part-time opportunity. We understand that school schedules can change, and we are happy to work with coaches to reduce hours during the school year when needed.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, camp, childcare, or similar setting is preferred.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain).
- Knowledge of basic soccer skills is an asset but not required.
- Reliable transportation to Burlington and Waterdown locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging soccer classes for children aged 18 months to 8 years old.
- Create a fun, positive, and supportive learning environment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
- Encourage participation, confidence, and skill development.
- Assist with setup and cleanup before and after sessions.
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.
- Represent Little Kickers professionally and positively at all times.
Compensation
- $17.60 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
