Technical Lead, Active Directory, Brampton, ON
The Technical Lead, Active Directory helps establish the strategic direction for the CSTR management teams and programs, while leading the team’s daily operations. The Lead develops the strategy and is responsible for the implementation of the CSTR product roadmap with goals of risk reduction, business enablement, operational efficiencies, cost reduction, and security and compliance. This is a hands-on role with a strong management opportunity.
What you will do:

Collaborate with application teams and subject matter experts across Loblaw to identify and document IAM-related business needs, including access needs and access profiles
-
Align team priorities and goals with regulatory, corporate, and system engineering priorities.
-
Identify, develop, and implement opportunities for system improvements.
-
Manage changes, incidents, and problem tickets, and support the resolution of major incidents to restore service.

Provide effective mentoring and guidance to team members.
What you bring:
-
Deep understanding of data integration process and techniques as well as IAM integration technologies
-
Information Security and/or IAM specific certifications (such as: CCSP, CISSP, CAMS, CIAM) and demonstrated application of principles
-
Experience integrating applications with SSO utilizing SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, RBAC, 2FA, MFA and Security Token Services
-
Ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment while providing leadership and guidance to team members for specific deliverables
-
Ability to communicate and work with multiple teams demonstrating effective problem-solving skills and your ability to prioritize competing priorities
-
Able to write automation scripts using Powershell and other scripting languages for enhancement of IAM solutions within both on-premise and cloud-based environments.

Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/professional experience with demonstrated experience in a complex IT environment
