About Flame & Smith
Flame & Smith is a sustainably-minded restaurant that embraces the exciting art of woodfire cooking and the supporting community that surrounds it. Located in Bloomfield, Prince Edward County.
We carefully source local ingredients to be used in a thoughtful and unique form of cooking, while providing our guests with high quality dining experiences through a welcoming and personable service. We cultivate strong and meaningful relationships with the community, farmers, partners and suppliers and are passionate about being part of the County’s cultural fabric.
Working experience at good restaurants is always preferred, if you have no experience at all but have a great attitude we really want to talk to you.
