Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring all areas meet health and safety regulations.
- Handle waste disposal efficiently, ensuring bins are emptied regularly and recycling protocols are followed.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials to ensure continuous availability.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing additional attention or maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures during cleaning tasks to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for maintaining cleanliness standards consistently.
