Flat Cap Butchers opened in October of 2021. Since then it has grown very quickly and is in need of a new butchers assistant. This person will work mostly back of house with some front of house. They will mostly be assisting in production of value added and grab and go items (gounds, burgers, Pet food, etc). We focus on 100% grass fed and finished beef that comes from regenerative farms. We are very passionate about this model and are looking for like minded employees. Attitude and work ethic is more important than experience.
