DC Inspection Services Ltd. is an independent third-party inspection and recertification company serving the oil and gas industry, specializing in well-servicing flow-line equipment. With shops in Red Deer and Clairmont, Alberta, we provide inspection, hydrostatic testing, rebuilding, and recertification services to some of the largest pressure pumping companies in Western Canada.
We are currently hiring General Labourers for our Red Deer shop. This is a hands-on, entry-level position with genuine room to grow, our structured training and certification program gives motivated employees a clear path from labourer into skilled technician roles in inspection, pressure testing, and rebuilding.
What You'll Do
- Move, sort, and organize iron and equipment throughout the shop
- Disassemble, clean, and prepare equipment for inspection and testing
- Support technicians across departments as needed
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance, this matters to us more than experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working on your feet in a shop environment for full shifts
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work safely and look out for your coworkers
- Reliable transportation to our Red Deer shop
Assets (Not Required)
- Previous shop, warehouse, or oilfield experience
- Forklift or overhead crane experience
- Valid driver's license

Schedule & Working Conditions
- Full-time, Monday to Friday day shift
- Industrial shop environment; PPE required (company provides coveralls, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, respirators. Employee provides CSA-approved steel-toed boots
