The Senior Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible for conducting company internal audits in accordance with the company AS9100 Quality Management System to ensure compliance with AS9100 Rev. D Standards and internal audits i.a.w. aviation regulatory requirements. This role ensures compliance with internal policies as well as customer’s and regulatory requirements.
How you’ll contribute to the mission;

Responsible for performing internal audits i.a.w. AS9100 Quality Management System.

Responsible for auditing manufacturing documentation to ensure compliance with standards, regulatory and contractual requirements.

Responsible for raising findings and opportunities for improvement (OFI’s).

Responsible for reporting audit findings to management for further action.

Responsible for facilitating and monitoring the timely implementation of preventative and corrective actions.

Enforce company policies and AS9100 procedures with respect to performance of maintenance and manufacturing and participate and report findings in the company SMS Program, as applicable.

Assist with the assignment of training to company personnel and contractors.
What you bring to the Team;

Provides guidance, leadership, mentoring or training to other employees (no direct supervisory responsibilities)

Knowledge of AS9100 system

Knowledge in conducting internal audits

Minimum 1 year experience participating in company internal AS9100 audits

Minimum 6 months of developing audit checklists and tracking to schedule
Technical Skills;

Very proficient in all Microsoft Suite Office Products

Knowledge in safety on a manufacturing work floor
Compensation for this position will be competitive with market rates and based on experience.
