Who you are
You're driven by impact — you feel most alive when something is better because you were there. When a client's day lands lighter because of your care, that isn't a perk of the work for you. It's the point of it.

Lifting people up is where you find your purpose — and you're just as hungry to grow yourself: feedback excites you, mastery pulls at you, and standing still has never felt like an option. You move through the world glass-half-full, seeing the beauty in a space, a moment, the people around you.
We have one rule about it all: we can teach the craft, but we can't teach the heart. A service instinct, empathy, the drive to help others rise — you bring those through the door already. The skill is ours to build in you.
What you'll do
This is hands-on, physical work in people's homes — and every part of it is a chance to practice the craft.
- Care for spaces with craftsmanship. You'll clean to a standard most people never reach — not because a checklist says so, but because the details are what turn a room into a place someone can finally breathe.
- See, Sense, Serve. You'll learn to read a space and a person: to see what's there, sense the needs no one says out loud, and serve with confidence. It's the difference between cleaning a home and caring for the people who live there — recognizing our shared humanity, and what makes each person you serve unique.
- Hold the standard when no one's watching. Consistency is how trust is built — with clients, with the team counting on you, and most of all with yourself. Integrity is a muscle: the more you practice it, the stronger it grows.
- Grow, and help others grow. You'll take coaching as fuel, get better every week, and lift the people coming up beside you.
What we need from you
- Legal to work in Canada.
- Open to physical, hands-on work — our cleaning kit and vacuum are ergonomic and lightweight, so you're set up to work smart, not strained.
- Available part-time or full-time, including weekends.
- No car needed — we provide a company Presto Pass to get you where you're going.
- Hospitality or cleaning experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
