What You'll Do
As Executive Assistant, you'll become a trusted part of daily operations, helping keep both personal and business responsibilities running efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing calendars, appointments, and daily priorities.
- Coordinating travel, accommodations, and logistics.
- Assisting with live streams and content production.
- Helping plan, organize, and execute social media content.
- Coordinating collaborations, sponsorships, and business communications.
- Maintaining an organized workspace or coordinating cleaning services.
- Running occasional errands and handling miscellaneous administrative tasks.
- Assisting during live broadcasts (typically around one hour, subject to growth).
- Helping identify opportunities to expand the brand and business.
- Supporting veteran-focused projects and community initiatives.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Adaptable in a rapidly growing business.
- Comfortable appearing on camera when needed.
- Friendly, personable, and confident communicating with sponsors, guests, and community members.
- Interested in social media, streaming, gaming, entrepreneurship, or content creation (an asset, not a requirement).
Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older (due to cannabis-related content and Smart Serve standards).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are considered assets.
- Willing to travel occasionally. All approved work-related travel expenses are covered by the employer.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
