As a Sales Program Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of the Canadian Vectorworks Service Select program and provide support to additional projects in sales and marketing. In this role, you should expect to:
Support the development of the Service Select Contract Retention Program
Proactively follow our maintenance program customers through the contracting and renewal process
Enforce Service Select program policies
Implement, monitor, and make adjustments to the Retention Program
Contact customers and resolve contract and renewal issues, providing a holistic approach
Provide feedback to management about current contract and renewal statistics
Maintain input of new/existing client information into the Order Center and CRM databases
Assists in creating and deploying marketing materials and campaigns directed at contract retention
Support, enable, and drive sales capabilities through the creation and execution of sales programs
Maintain a team training manual
Provide support, guidelines, and policy enforcement for sales programs to the Canada Sales Team
Liaise with the Systems Development team to resolve back-office ordering issues for the Canadian team
Monitor the Service Select renewal schedule and ensure all steps are completed as scheduled
Provide support for customer inquiries as they relate to sales programs
Create invoices for Service Select and for training and consulting services
Report on customer feedback, processes, billing, invoicing, etc. in order to guide process improvements
Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources
Document current sales, marketing and operations processes and workflows and communicate these changes to our channel

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Business Administration with specialization in sales, customer service or marketing.
0-2 years of related work experience
Experience using data to analyze and solve problems
Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Excellent research, writing, and organization skills
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to speak clearly and articulately over the phone
High motivation and the ability to work easily in both team environments and independently
This position will be a part remote, work from home arrangement, and part on-site in our Vancouver office. Additional terms with respect to a remote working arrangement will be discussed during the interview process and formalized in a written employment agreement
