We are seeking experienced Scaffolder Journeyperson for our site in Norman Wels, North West Territories.
Utilizes site drawings and written instructions to select materials required to set ground levels for scaffolds
Installs steel pipes, support braces and clamps to form bases for scaffolds
Lifts and positions sections of scaffolding and bolts pipes together to build scaffolding as per site requirements
Places planks over horizontal bars to create platforms
Monitors levels in scaffolding structures to ensure stability
Dismantles scaffolding at the completion of a job
May perform other related duties as assigned.
Must be a registered Scaffold Journeyperson and apprentice through the SAIA program
Must have previous experience working in an industrial setting
Must have the below training:
CSTS 09 or 2020
Confined Space ESC or Entry and Rescue
Gas Detection and Nitrogen Awareness
Fall Protection (ESC or Industry Minimum)
Elevated Work Platform (asset, not required)
NM 5400, 5500, 7700
Scott AV 2000
Fire Watch ESC
Respiratory Protection Equipment
Client and company orientations
Must possess a valid form of government issued photo identification and 3-year drivers abstract.
Must have demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision.
Shift Rotation: 15/13
Charter flight from Edmonton provided
Camp accommodations provided
Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions.
