Larlyn Property Management is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Receptionist/Administrative to support our team. This is a Full-time position, based out at the London office.
This position requires a person who exemplifies great customer service, is an effective communicator and a positive team player.
Responds to telephone calls, faxes, e-mails and walk in inquiries and deals with issues or concerns wherever possible
Deposits daily payments and post-dated cheques
Assists with customers e-mail responses as required.
Coordinate maintenance work orders
Work with the team to recommend modifications for service improvement, based on results or information obtained from our customers.
Customer service oriented
Administrative oriented with attention to details.
Computer skills and experience with Yardi application.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with Accounts Receivable
Great time management capability
Experience working in a fast paced and changing environment is an asset.
Excellent written, verbal communication and proofreading skills
Excellent problem solver, proactive, responsive with a high sense of urgency.
Very organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
Ability to meet deadlines proficiently.
Team-player with a strong work ethic
Must be bondable
Must be able to pass a criminal record check
