Cote de boeuf a butcher shop and wine is looking for an experienced line cook. Our primary focus is dry aged steaks.
Menu consists of bistro classics such as steak tartare, french onion soup, escargot, oysters etc.
Looking for someone that is able to prep and able to work the hot line.
