We're looking for an experienced Subprime Finance Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to get deals approved.
This is an in-person position based in Sherwood Park. If you're looking for a work-from-home role, this isn't it. We believe the best results come from working together as a team.

What You'll Do
- Structure and submit subprime credit applications
- Work with multiple lenders to secure approvals
- Maximize gross while ensuring excellent customer service
- Build relationships with customers throughout the financing process
- Ensure compliance with lender and dealership policies
- Work closely with the sales team to deliver vehicles quickly and efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive subprime finance experience preferred
- Strong understanding of credit, lender programs, and deal structure
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with commissions paid up to 40%, giving top performers exceptional earning potential.
