To work within the Global API Supply Chain team to provide data analysis and implementation support for inventory and planning analystics, initiative development and roll out.
Perform in-depth research, analysis and planning to identify, evaluate and recommend inventory target.
Support regular data analysis and KPI generation.
Initiate eWDR’s for expired & shortdated inventory (as required).
Provide support on projects and process improvement initiatives.
Assist team with development of data definitions, data profiling, and data validation activities; liaise with cross-business unit partners for organizational alignment in this area.
Review and maintain key master data attributes.
Assist with development and implementation of new analytics pertinent to supply chain operations.
Assist the Global Supply Chain Planning group in evaluating data, using spreadsheets and databases to perform quantitative/qualitative analysis.
Liaise with internal custmers, support groups and leadership to gather required information and provide pertinent analysis.
Work in a team approach environment to problem solving.

Study focus on Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Administration.
Strong oral and written communication skills; must be able to communicate appropriately with other employees in different positions within the company (e.g. Planners, Managers, Coordiantors etc.)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of MS Office tools with experience in Excel and Access.
Experience in VBA and/or SAP would be an asset.
Pharmaceutical interest is a definite asset.
Previous office or work experience will be considered
Higher than 2nd year in post-secondary program.
