About the opportunity
Bergeron Mechanical is growing — and we're looking for a licensed gas technician who wants to grow with us. This isn't a seat-warmer role. We're building something here in the Ottawa Valley and we want people who take pride in their craft and are ready to take on more responsibility as we expand.
You'll work across residential service calls and light commercial accounts, troubleshooting real problems and delivering first-time fixes. The work is varied, the team is tight, and the opportunity to step into a senior or lead role is real as we scale.

What you'll do
- Service, diagnose, and repair gas appliances and heating systems (residential & light commercial)
- Perform installs, startups, and inspections to code
- Work independently on service calls with minimal supervision
- Communicate clearly with customers and leave every job better than you found it

What we need
- Valid G1, G2 gas licence or 313A Refrigeration license (Ontario)
- Valid driver's licence and clean abstract
- 2+ years of field experience in gas service or installation
- Pride in quality work and honest communication
Nice to have: experience with forced air, boilers, or tankless water heaters. Bilingual (EN/FR) a plus in our market.
