*Project Coordinator for Prescribe IT
Role Description*
Responsible for the coordination & delivery of THPS projects. Works closely with a team of Project Coordinators\Project Managers within the Ontario existing client delivery team. Providing coordination, communication and basic configuration functions in the delivery of existing client implementation projects and 3rd party partner \ Value Add solutions.

What You Will Do:
Project coordinator will be focus on a special project around our Prescribe IT rollout 100% of the time for 6 months.

What other Project coordinators do in our team:
Work with the Existing Client Delivery team to coordinate and manage our existing client requests
Accountable for the coordination and successful delivery of Customer Service Orders including hardware replacements, break-fix requests on equipment, and other related software orders
Assist with the development and documentation of processes in confluence
Responsible for the management of Labs , Dr Adds, Locums, E-fax, Clinic move, VPN request and many other project types
Have the ability to work closely with 3rd party companies in the coordinating of onsite services for our clients
Help lead initiatives with the support of your manager in making positive changes to the team to help drive efficiencies and process improvements

*What You Bring:
Required: *
Strong working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
Basic project coordinator knowledge including scheduling, resource management, etc
Basic computer knowledge
Strong oral & written communication skills
Good interpersonal and change management skills
Excellent team player and customer service skills
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking, time-management, and the ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to follow process, work instructions and learn new project types quickly
Solid understanding of technical related projects

Previous EMR experience would be an asset
Previous experience would be an asset

Required Professional Designation/Certification:
Undergraduate or post-graduate degree

Required Experience:
1-3 years of Project Coordinator or Technical Customer Service Support Experience

Must have skills:
1. Manage and coordinate a large number of technical implementation projects
simultaneously with minimal supervision
2. Quick learner, go getter who enjoys working in a fast paced, high volume and target driven
3. Ability to work well under pressure, and prioritize requests/workload is essential
4. Fantastic customer service and communication skills both verbally\written

Nice to have skills:
1.SalesForce experience
2.Technical document writer
3.Great facilitator and mentor
4. Experience working with EMRs and\or in I.T. implementation management
