Job Description:
The Digital Marketer will develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns promoting the organization’s products and services as well as work with its clients on creating and implementing their digital marketing strategies. The candidate will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving web traffic, and acquiring leads/customers through a variety of digital channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who is both creative and data-driven, with the ability to execute campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the organization’s overall business objectives and target audience.
- Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and execute campaigns across multiple digital channels, including but not limited to email, social media, search engines (SEO/SEM), display advertising, and content marketing.
- Performance Analysis: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using a data-driven approach to assess against key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and optimize existing campaigns.
- Content Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging and cohesive content that enhances the user experience and supports campaign goals.
- SEO & SEM Optimization: Optimize website and content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and manage paid search campaigns to maximize reach and conversion rates.
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies to grow followers, engage users, and convert leads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging channels.
- Email Marketing: Design and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes, manage campaigns, and improve lead nurturing and customer journey mapping.
- Innovation & Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and continuously seek ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing and executing digital campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of all digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, with experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to different stakeholders.
- Creative Mindset: A creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing solutions and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about complex marketing challenges.
