Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-time Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various office software. The successful candidate will assist with daily administrative tasks including completing reports using excel.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office tools including word and excel.
- Handle filing systems, organize documents, and ensure proper document management
- Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and assisting customers.
- Support bookkeeping tasks such as coding invoices.
- Proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents for accuracy and clarity
- Maintain an organized workspace
- Support other administrative functions as required to ensure efficient office operations
Experience
- Prior office experience preferred, especially in clerical or administrative roles
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), is highly desirable
- Experience with data entry and filing systems is beneficial
- Customer service or front desk experience is a plus, including handling phone calls and client interactions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent typing speed, proofreading skills, and attention to detail are essential
- Demonstrated ability to provide professional customer support in a courteous manner
Pay: $19.50-$21.00 per hour
