Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mobile phones, tablets, and laptops (hardware & software issues).
- Perform screen, battery, and charging port replacements for phones and laptops.
- Troubleshoot and repair motherboard/logic board issues (soldering and chip-level repair is an asset).
- Handle laptop-specific repairs such as keyboard replacement, RAM/HDD/SSD upgrades, OS installation, and overheating fixes.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and professional repair services.
- Maintain proper use of repair tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Stay updated with the latest models and repair techniques.
- Provide clear explanations of repair issues and solutions to customers.
- Maintain repair records and assist with inventory management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mobile phone and laptop repair (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS troubleshooting.
- Skilled in using repair tools, diagnostic equipment, and software utilities.
- Experience with micro-soldering / board-level repair (preferred, not mandatory).
- Excellent problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
