We are in search of a Bilingual Automotive Representative for our Lendcare subsidiary. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining both existing and new clientele relationships while integrating them into the LendCare Automotive program. This position is ideal for a customer-centric professional with a flair for fostering relationships and thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Exceptional organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail are essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing Automotive partners to drive business growth.
- Establish yourself as a product expert on our Automotive finance offerings to effectively advocate their value.
- Maintain proactive, ongoing communication to assist partners with the processing of loan documentation.
- Execute outbound engagement strategies to strengthen partner relations.
- Ensure prompt and thoughtful responses to all correspondence, both internally and externally.
- Actively collect and relay partner feedback to the Automotive Manager for continual program improvement.
- Prioritize and manage tasks effectively, setting clear objectives to achieve team goals.
- Deliver support for GPS tracking systems as required.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support the team's objectives.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated excellence in both oral and written communication.
- Strong attention to detail
- Unwavering commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and applications.
- A history of working within the automotive sector will be considered an asset.
- Professional proficiency in English and French.
- Fulltime availability to work in our Pickering, ON office.
Additional Requirements for Internal Applicants:
- Must have been in your current role for at least 6 months
- Have the endorsement/support of your current manager
- In good standing - no HR issues/warnings, not on a Performance Improvement Plan
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11AM - 7PM; with occassional Saturdays.
