Job Description: Sales Associate - RinkSide Sports Hockey Shop.
Position Overview:RinkSide Sports seeks a Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service, operate the cash register, and offer product expertise to enhance the shopping experience. Ideal for passionate hockey enthusiasts who excel in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Relations with local Hockey and Sport organizations providing wholesale account growth.
- Greet and assist customers, offering product advice and information.
- Process transactions accurately and manage inventory restocking.
- Maintain store appearance and execute visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Stay updated on products, promotions, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with retail experience preferred.
- Strong hockey knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
- Comfortable with retail technology and cash handling.
