Position Overview
Work as a member of our Service Advisor Team in acting as the primary contact for our service customers you will be expected to create the impression of the Toyota brand, promoting and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will helping us create a 'wow' factor with our service clients by promptly and warmly greeting customers, enhancing the sale of labor and parts and advising and providing recommendations and estimates for the diagnosis of vehicle problem(s).
Skill Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a desire to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Excellent organizational skills - being able to monitor open repair orders and current status of vehicles while in for repair, keeping customers informed at all times
Excellent follow-up skills
Good presentation skills, able to explain the features, benefits and advantages of recommended services and required repairs to customers while their vehicles are in for servicing
A team player with a positive attitude
Working knowledge of the PBS operating system and warranty procedures would be an asset (but willing to train)
Requirements:
Minimum one (1) year of sales/customer service experience preferred
A valid ON driver's licence and clean driver’s abstract are required for this role
Flexibility to work two evenings, and every other Saturday
