Responsibilities
- Deliver professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and sports massage techniques
- Conduct client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and document progress accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend follow-up sessions or additional wellness services as needed
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently and provide exceptional customer service throughout each interaction
- Stay updated on industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development activities
Requirements
- Valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and address client questions or concerns
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional demeanor in a team-oriented environment
Pay: $50.00-$70.00 per hour
