Would you love to work with an amazing organization that works with several municipalities across the lower mainland? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a self-starter then this role might be for you. It is a temporary position starting ASAP and will be for 3-4 months with a potential of an extension. You will require the following skill set

We need an experienced “go-getter” for this role. Strong technical abilities particularly with Word and Excel are also mandatory. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating safety documents and data entry for various safety systems/programs and inventories.

Requirements/Duties:
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with MS Office.
  • Able to schedule and support meetings- Minute and presentation support

** Hours Monday to Friday- 8:00am-4:30pm

Qualifications
** Previous admin/ customer service experience is a requirement
** Ability to work on own
** Strong MS office experience.
