We are seeking a Senior Key Support Worker to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a strong, values-driven leader who is looking to balance people leadership, operational oversight and quality service delivery within a collaborative environment.
What We Offer
· Hourly, full-time position
Monday 9am - 5pm
Tuesday 11am-7pm
Wednesday 12pm - 10pm
Thursday 11am - 7pm
Friday Off
Saturday Off
Sunday 11am - 5pm or 1pm - 9pm
· After hours on-call rotation (average 8 on-call shifts a month - evenings and one weekend a month) within a supportive and experienced on-call team

Key Responsibilities
· Provide leadership and oversight to a caseload of programs, ensuring high-quality person-centered service delivery.
· Support and coach employees including performance management, mentorship and team development.
· Maintain strong communication and supportive relationships with Individuals, families/guardians, staff and external professionals.
· Ensure all documentation, programming and reporting meet organizational and regulatory standards.
· Monitor program quality through audits
· Align staffing and service delivery with Individual needs while maintaining operational and budget expectations.
· Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety practices across programs.
· Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to support coordinated and effective services.
- Ability to fill shifts when required outside of regular rotation hours in a frontline supportive role.
Qualifications
· Diploma in social work or human services
· 1-4 years of leadership experience in a related field
2-5 years of experience working frontline with Individuals with complex needs.
· Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills
· Experience in case management and community-based services
· Excellent documentation and report writing abilities
· Knowledge of FSCD, PDD/FMS and CFS systems is an asset
· Knowledge of employment standards and human rights legislation is an asset

· Ability to travel to and from Spruce Grove, Alberta
