We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Developer proficient in Golang to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services for microservices-based architecture.

Architect, design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Golang code for backend services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Implement performance optimizations to ensure low-latency and high-throughput services.

Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality.

Troubleshoot and debug production issues across multiple services.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in backend development.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience architecting and developing backend services using Golang, preferably in a microservices and cloud native environment.

Solid understanding of cloud-native principles and experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and asynchronous programming.

Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and ORM libraries.

Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
