Sales Representative – Insulation & Construction
Summary:
Seeking a motivated sales professional to follow up on and generate new leads, quote projects, and close deals in insulation and construction services.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop new clients (builders, contractors, homeowners)
- Assist in managing customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and request documentation or plans for our office to provide estimates
- Perform site visits and provide details to our office to prepare quotes
- Sell insulation systems (spray foam, fireproofing, batts, blown in)
- Close sales and collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience
- Contribute to the development of promotional strategies and participate in marketing initiatives
- Dealing with vendors or suppliers in terms of confirming/negotiating pricing.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Experience in sales (construction or insulation sales is a bonus but not required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to actively listen, read plans and communicate clearly
- Self-driven with strong closing skills
- Valid driver’s license - G2 or G driver’s licence required
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company
Compensation:
Base + commission (performance-based)
Pay: $34,400.00-$122,996.46 per year
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
