What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and service complex residential HVAC systems, including advanced diagnostics and retrofits
- Build customer confidence by presenting honest, clear options and delivering outstanding service
- Recommend the best-fit repair and retrofit solutions for long-term system performance
- Perform installations, maintenance, and gas fitting work as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
- Participate in the on-call rotation (approx 1 week per month)
- Uphold company ProSolutions' standards of safety, professionalism, and legendary customer care on every job
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Journeyman HVAC &/ OR Plumbing 3rd/4th Year Technician
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean abstract
- Experience with a variety of residential HVAC/R systems, brands, and equipment.
- Strong residential experience: Minimum 3+ years residential service experience preferred
- Metrics and revenue-focused, with proven ability to earn customer confidence and achieve performance targets
- Highly reliable, safety-focused, and confident in troubleshooting under pressure
- Strong personal standards for workmanship, communication, and integrity
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise).
- Experience with Alberta gas codes and residential code requirements is required
