Seasonal - Summer Landscaper
Reporting directly to the Property/Resident Manager the Summer ( Seasonal ) Landscaper is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the grounds and exterior common areas of the property.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that litter is removed from the grounds and exterior common areas on a daily basis.
- Sweeps and removes litter from parking areas, driveways and walkways.
- Ensures that grass is mowed, trimmed and fertilized on a regular and timely basis and that weeds are properly controlled.
- Maintains shrubbery and flower beds in a well-groomed condition.
- Prunes and /or removes trees, as required.
- Performs seasonal grounds keeping functions as required, including the regular watering of grass, flower beds and shrubbery and the planting and removal of plant material during the spring and fall.
- Maintains outdoor pool facilities, including chemical testing, vacuuming, skimming, cleaning of the pool filters and the removal of litter from the pool area.
- Performs other duties and tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
Pay: $16.00-$16.25 per hour
