We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The Front of House Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, enhancing guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service. Must be available evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times.
- Assist in the interviewing and training of new team members to maintain a high-quality workforce.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to company policies.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement strategies for improving service efficiency and enhancing overall guest experiences.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
