Job Overview
We are a long term rental holding company that is continually renovating and mainly doing cosmetic upgrades to our townhomes in various areas of the city. Looking for someone that is honest, dependable, hard work ethic and very particular but can still push the job ahead every day. Tasks include in depth knowledge of kitchen cabinet layout and install, skim coating of drywall and possible stippling of ceilings install of complete washrooms, plumbing and electrical(moderate is okay).Strong background in finishing carpentry as well.
