Loki Creative is a Vancouver-based creative studio working across branding, design, and social media. We partner with a mix of lifestyle, retail, corporate, and community-based clients to help them show up in a way that feels thoughtful, engaging, and aligned with who they are.
Our social media work is rooted in strong ideas, clear strategy, and content that feels human. We care about quality, collaboration, and making work that has both impact and intention. As a small studio, we work closely together, support one another, and expect everyone to bring both initiative and care to what they do.
We’re currently looking for a Part Time Digital Marketing Specialist 3-4 days a week to join the team, with the opportunity for the role to grow into full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Social Media Lead and Marketing Strategist to brainstorm and ideate creative social media content calendars
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms for 4-5 clients
- Report to the Social Media Lead on performance and impact of client’s social media programs.
- Develop content ideas, series, and campaign concepts for multiple clients
- Concept, shoot, and edit video and content
- Stay on the pulse of best practices and trends to identify new creative campaigns and opportunities for the client.
- Contribute to monthly content planning and creative brainstorms
- Ensure all content aligns with each client’s brand identity and tone
- Managing your clients and yourself in a professional manner, in email, in meetings and on shoots.
- Plan and execute calendars that are on-strategy and on-time
- Maintain consistency in posting cadence, voice, and visual quality
- Support campaign rollouts, launches, and special initiatives
- Help build loyal, active communities around each client
- Track key metrics for reports and identify what’s working and refine content strategies accordingly
Qualifications:
- Between 2-3 years of full-time social media experience, agency prefered.
- A strong social media and content portfolio
- A sharp eye for aesthetics, composition, and storytelling
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
- Confidence working independently while collaborating with a creative team
- Comfortable with being in front of and speaking on camera for videos shared on client social media accounts.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut (or similar), Canva, Meta, social media schedulers, Google docs, and Google Sheets.

- Have experience shooting content on-location for brands
- Have a strong social media porfolio or are able to share campaigns that drove results
- Understand brand strategy and how it translates into content
- Are comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera
- Have worked in an agency or multi-client environment
