ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER
Our service department is growing! Myers Kanata Hyundai has an opening for an Assistant Service Manager. This is a great opportunity with room for advancement.
As the Assistant Service Manager, your responsibilities will be to:
Ensure complete customer satisfaction, production, and profitability of the service department including the performance of individuals.
Ensure compliance with Hyundai policies and procedures by all personnel.
Hire and oversee ongoing training of all service personnel.
Develop and implement continuous statistical reports
Implement ongoing strategies for service merchandising.
Participate actively in regular dealer meetings and departmental sales and profit forecasts.
Have effective communication skills, leadership skills, and strong skills in customer relations
Have experience working in a dealership environment
Bilingualism is an asset but not a pre-requisite.
Experience using ERAccess is an asset
