Door-to-Door Sales Representative

North Point Property Services is growing in the Kelowna area, and we’re looking for motivated, outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our team and help generate leads for our Permanent Lighting Installation service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Going door-to-door throughout Kelowna and surrounding neighbourhoods
- Introducing homeowners to our permanent exterior lighting services
- Starting conversations and identifying interested homeowners
- Handling common questions and sales objections professionally
- Generating leads and booking free estimates
- Representing North Point Property Services in a friendly, professional manner
- Following a simple sales script and training provided by us
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be an experienced salesperson, but you do need the right attitude and work ethic.
The ideal candidate is:
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
- Confident, friendly and professional
- Comfortable with rejection and able to move on to the next door with a positive attitude
- Willing to learn how to handle objections and turn conversations into opportunities
- Physically fit and able to walk for extended periods
- Prepared to work outdoors in hot, cold and changing weather conditions
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Able to communicate clearly
- Competitive and motivated by results
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
