As we continue to grow, we are looking for a HR Administration to join our team and help us deliver the Mint experience — thoughtful service, strong collaboration, and care that puts people first.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment documentation
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR information systems
- Support employee offboarding processes, including exit documentation and system updates
- Assist with payroll administration by ensuring employee data changes are processed accurately and on time
- Administer employee benefits, leaves of absence, and related documentation
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and correspondence as required
- Support performance management, training initiatives, and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and privacy requirements
- Assist with policy updates, audits, and special HR projects
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and organizational information
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role
- Working knowledge of Alberta employment standards and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; experience with Dayforceis considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- CPHR designation or progress toward designation is considered an asset
