We are seeking a talented trained Kitchen Sales with abilities to Designing & drafting with experience or training in Kitchen designing & planning software such as MOZAIK, CABINET VISION, 2020 DESIGN.
Also knowledge of practical construction industry in general. Understanding canadian cabinet Industry, terminology, vocabulary. So designer one can create a high end ultra luxury kitchen based on imagination or inspiration pictures.
This role also involves working closely with clients & manufacturing team to create customized kitchen. This position offers an engaging environment where creativity meets sales expertise, with opportunities for professional growth in high-end kitchen design and production.
Responsibilities
- Planning, drafting or proposals of drawings for new home construction, renovations and remodels.
- Discussion about the proper space planning, functionality, roper locations of the plumbing, electrical, appliances, sinks, etc
- Consulting with your clients to understand their style and their cabinetry needs, and ascertain the intended functions to create design solutions within required timelines.
- Prepare accurate price quotes within timelines.
- Meeting customers on site to discuss the functionality of cabinets, Vanities, wardrobes, Mudrooms, laundry etc rough ins & proper placements.
- Maintain activity with your jobs and your clients as they progress through the various stages of completion.
- Create detailed design plans using MOZAIK, SketchUp, CAD, and other design tools, so production happens smooth.
- Preparing all 3D drawings, 2D Drawings, Layouts with clear details of all the space saving products inside the cabinets.
- Since we will be into the high end cabinets & wardrobes production so required intense knowledge or working knowledge of the realistic homes or projects.
- Present for interior selection meetings to guide the clients and homeowners in cabinetry design and achieve their desired home design.
- Guide the clients and homeowners to choose the appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware for each design.
- Use Mozaik software to create detailed custom kitchen cabinet plans and 3D models of cabinetry designs including cabinet editing and shaping.
- Create the assembly sheet for each job, this includes creating cut lists and codes so that each job is ready to be completed on the CNC.
- Taking meeting notes from design meetings to create the finishing schedule.
- Work closely with the shop to ensure the accurate production of designs.
- Provide cost estimates and timelines to clients and homeowners.
- Perform site measures for cabinetry.
- Work closely with the shop to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the design or production process.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Softwares in cabinet design Industry such as MOZAIK, Cabinet Vision, 2020 Design ( as they are all similar can be trained)
- We use MOZAIK software so its asset to have knowledge of Mozaik
- Proficiency in SketchUp, CAD software, and POS systems
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively
- Knowledge of renovation, construction processes, and high-end kitchen products
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to demonstrate products through demos and presentations effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in account management and merchandising
- Basic math skills for measurements, pricing calculations, and budgeting purposes
- Experience in marketing strategies related to retail or high-end sales environments
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional approach to client interactions

Compensation will be based on the experience in the industry & practical working knowledge, commissions, profit sharing, bonus, raises etc . We are open to negotiate on the compensation & bonus structures
