Sales Associate – Full-Time (Base + Commission)

We are a locally owned furniture store seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team immediately. If you enjoy helping people create beautiful spaces and thrive in a sales-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience from start to finish
- Build relationships with customers and understand their needs
- Drive sales through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Actively promote the store through proactive outreach and creative advertising efforts
- Contribute to increasing overall store sales and revenue
- Collaborate with a small, supportive team
- Work across both our North Side and South Side locations
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales experience preferred (retail or furniture is an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for service
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn — we are happy to train the right candidate
