Duties
- Assess vehicle damage thoroughly to determine necessary repairs and estimate timeframes
- Perform body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening using hand tools and power tools
- Use heavy lifting equipment safely to move and position vehicle parts during repair processes
- Sand, buff, and paint vehicle surfaces to achieve a smooth, flawless finish
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards before returning vehicles to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with other technicians and staff to complete repairs efficiently and effectively
Requirements
- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience preferred, with a strong understanding of vehicle structures
- Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely and effectively
- Experience with automotive painting, sanding, buffing, and finishing techniques
- Mechanic experience or background is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
