Are you a passionate Spa Therapist looking to build your clientele while working in one of British Columbia's most beautiful coastal destinations? Rockwater Secret Cove Resort is seeking experienced Spa Therapists to join our spa team in Halfmoon Bay, BC.
Nestled on the Sunshine Coast, our resort offers guests a peaceful, nature-focused wellness experience overlooking stunning Ole's Cove.
About the Opportunity:
We are looking for independent and motivated Spa Therapists who are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and high-quality treatments.
Therapists will receive 50% commission on all services performed.
We welcome applications from therapists with a variety of specialties. Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) are encouraged to apply.
What We Provide
- Spa treatment space
- Weekly professional cleaning of the spa area
- Marketing and promotional support
- Booking coordination and reservation management through Jane App
- Guest services support through our resort team
- Access to an established resort guest base
Therapist Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional spa treatments and guest care
- Supplying all treatment products and professional supplies required for services
- Providing, laundering, and managing all linens used during treatments
- Maintaining cleanliness and day-to-day organization of treatment spaces during operations
- Maintaining any required certifications, licenses, and insurance

Qualifications
- Certification from a recognized spa therapy, esthetics, massage, or bodywork program
- Previous spa, wellness, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently within a resort environment
- RMT designation not necessary but considered an asset
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling
- Availability on weekends and holidays

Due to our rural location, applicants must be comfortable commuting to Halfmoon Bay.
