Integria Precision Medicine is seeking an exceptional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our physician-led precision medicine clinic.
This role is integral to delivering the elevated, highly personalized patient experience that defines Integria. The LPN serves as both a clinical resource and patient care coordinator, helping guide patients through comprehensive medical, menopause, longevity, and preventative health programs.
This is not a traditional nursing position. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative, specialist-led environment that values precision, professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional service.
The LPN will support physicians and the broader clinical team by performing clinical procedures, coordinating patient journeys, facilitating diagnostic testing, and ensuring seamless continuity of care throughout every patient interaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Procedures & Patient Assessments
The LPN will independently perform clinical procedures within their scope of practice, including:
- Venipuncture and blood specimen collection
- Intravenous (IV) insertion and infusion support
- 12-lead electrocardiograms (ECGs)
- Application, patient instruction, and removal coordination for ambulatory blood pressure monitors (ABPM)
- Application, patient instruction, and removal coordination for Holter monitors
- Collection and processing of specimens as required
- Vital sign acquisition and anthropometric measurements
- Preparation of examination and procedure rooms
- Equipment cleaning, maintenance, and quality assurance
Patient Care Coordination
The LPN will act as a central point of contact throughout a patient's journey at Integria.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating investigations, referrals, and follow-up appointments
- Reviewing physician orders and ensuring timely execution
- Monitoring completion of laboratory testing and diagnostic investigations
- Facilitating communication between physicians, patients, and external healthcare providers
- Managing patient reminders and follow-up timelines
- Supporting continuity of care across all Integria programs
- Anticipating patient needs and proactively addressing barriers to care
- Ensuring patients always understand their next steps and care plans
Patient Experience & Concierge Service

Clinical Operations Support
The LPN will contribute to the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice, including:
- Preparing patient charts and reviewing required investigations in advance
- Assisting with physician clinic flow and efficiency
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record
- Monitoring inventory and ordering clinical supplies as needed
- Assisting with implementation of new clinical programs and workflows
- Maintaining clinical equipment and ensuring quality control standards are met
- Supporting process improvement initiatives
Collaboration & Teamwork
The LPN will work closely with physicians, administrative staff, kinesiologists, and clinic leadership to deliver integrated patient care.
Responsibilities include:

- Contributing to the development of efficient clinical workflows

Qualifications
Required:
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Demonstrated competency in venipuncture
- Proficiency with electronic medical records
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred:
- Experience performing ECGs
- Experience with ambulatory monitoring devices
- Previous experience in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Preventative Medicine, Longevity Medicine, or private healthcare settings
- Experience with IV therapy
- Experience in patient navigation or care coordination
- Familiarity with preventative and longevity medicine concepts

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
