We are a family-owned property management company managing a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings across Montreal. We're looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team.
What You'll Do
No two days are the same. You may be repairing a plumbing issue, receiving an appliance order, troubleshooting an electrical problem, or responding to tenant service requests.
You'll manage your own schedule, receive work orders through our mobile maintenance platform, and help keep our properties operating smoothly while delivering excellent service to our tenants.

What you bring:
- 3+ years in building maintenance or a related trade
- Good plumbing skills
- Install light fixtures
- General understanding of how buildings work
- Comfortable using a mobile phone as work tool
- Autonomous, organized, and reliable
- Owns vehicle and a solid tool kit
Extras:
- Appliance repair skill an asset
- Experience in both older and newer buildings
- Bilingual (French/English)

Ce que vous ferez
Aucune journée ne se ressemble. Vous pourriez être appelé à réparer un problème de plomberie, recevoir une commande d'électroménager, diagnostiquer une panne électrique ou répondre à une demande de service d’un locataire.
Vous gérerez votre propre horaire, recevrez les bons de travail via votre téléphone mobile et contribuerez au bon fonctionnement de nos immeubles tout en offrant un excellent service à nos locataires.

Expérience requise:
- 3+ ans d'expérience en entretien de bâtiment ou métier connexe
- Bonnes connaissances en plomberie
- Capable d'installer un luminaire

- À l'aise à utiliser son téléphone comme outil de travail
- Autonome, organisé et fiable
- Voiture personnelle et coffre à outils de base
