Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Service Lot Attendant to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining the appearance and organization of our dealership’s lot, ensuring a positive experience for customers and visitors. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior dealership or guest service experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the overall cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, including parking areas and display spaces
- Greet guests courteously and provide assistance as needed
- Manage vehicle movement on the lot, including parking, retrieving, and staging vehicles for customers or service appointments
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as washing vehicles or removing debris from the lot
- Handle cash transactions accurately when applicable, including processing payments for services or merchandise
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain safety standards by monitoring lot conditions and reporting hazards promptly
- Support other dealership activities as required to enhance guest experiences
Experience
- Previous dealership experience or guest services background is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
- Bilingual skills are a plus to assist diverse customer needs
- Experience in hospitality or retail environments demonstrating professionalism and service orientation
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license preferred for vehicle movement responsibilities
