Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, market trends, and neighborhood developments.
- Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials and online listings.
- Schedule and conduct property showings for potential buyers or renters.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients.
- Maintain relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent negotiation skills to advocate for clients’ best interests.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid real estate license is required; additional certifications are a plus.
