Your job

Support product owners, business line partners and IT teams in their decision making and deliverables
- Define scope of processes to be optimized and proactively support business planning for different deliverables
- Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders at various levels and expertise Model current and target processes based on Bank mapping practices
- Perform high-level, detailed impact analysis from all angles of the process with the help of experts
- Apply best practices to identify and write business requirements (functional, non-functional, informational, transitional), understand their linkages and ensure traceability
- Define, identify user test scenarios and support users in operational transfer
- Make proposals for change management strategy to solution users.

Prerequisites

Industry-related university degree with several years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow and CSM/FSO
- Participated in projects involving ServiceNow practices and platform
- Business analysis skills in a technology-based ecosystem
- ITIL and ServiceNow certifications are assets
- Experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping: modeling, BPMN, lean approach
- Appreciate and foster contact with internal/user partner.
- Experience with test scenarios and user support
- Strategic thinking, analytical, synthesis and communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, …).
