Revival Health & Wellness Clinic is a growing multidisciplinary practice in Barrie dedicated to delivering evidence-based care and exceptional patient experiences. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys working independently while collaborating with chiropractors, massage therapists, and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes for patients.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Assess and treat a variety of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, sports-related, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.
- Deliver evidence-based manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programs.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and home exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide coordinated patient care.
- Maintain the highest standards of professional practice and patient care.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical physiotherapy experience in private practice setting preferred.
- Strong manual therapy and clinical assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with patients.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience with exercise-based rehabilitation and active care programs.
- Acupuncture, IMS, pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, or other specialty certifications are considered assets.
