The Operations Analyst - Systems manages the internal systems Benevity’s Client Success Team utilized to manage departmental business processes and services to clients. He or she understands how to implement and support these systems and leverages that knowledge to help create efficiencies and scalability improvements within Client Success. He or she is a problem solver who likes finding solutions to help Benevity-ites work smarter!
The ideal candidate uses their knowledge and experience to assess each internal stakeholder group’s environment and challenges, configures internal systems appropriately and documents these solutions.

The Operations Analyst - Systems is an excellent communicator, capable of explaining the technical elements of the product and coordinating with both internal and sometimes external stakeholders and vendors to bring projects to completion efficiently and effectively. The person in this role is detail-oriented, an exceptional requirements gathering, system configuration and integration experience, and analysis skills allowing them to implement creative solutions.

What you will do

The Operations Analyst - Systems provides support to the technology used by our Client Success, Marketing, and Sales. He or she manages technical deliverables and executes on necessary tasks, contributing to the overall new client growth, expansion, and scalability targets of the organization. They take the lead on integration and technical system implementation projects allowing us to work smarter and faster improving the experience of our employees and, as a result, the service they provide to our clients.

Technical & Documentation Responsibilities

Work closely with other team members and third party individuals to gather requirements and analysis to ensure the successful deliver, configuration, integration, and maintenance of key systems.
Evaluate vendor patches, releases, and products.
Provide input to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of systems.
Determine future needs, investigate new products and/or features.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, including change control.
Document and provide recommendations on new and existing technological system improvements to key stakeholders.
Participate, and in some cases lead, projects relating to improvements or integrations of new and existing systems.
Internal Relationships

Provide assistance and training concerning the use of systems including, but not limited to, Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoom, Gainsight, JIRA, and Confluence.
Works with other Client Success resources to diagnose and resolve issues.
Participates in team meetings to identify opportunities for improvement both within and between other internal groups using these systems.
With the other members of Client Success and internal teams, assists in the development of processes that will improve efficiency and quality of delivery.
Main point of contact for bugs relating to our internal systems.
Works with the Client Success team to support new and existing clients’ support documents and set-up in our systems.

Excellent translator – able to explain highly technical concepts and configurations to technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Motivated self-starter that works well both alone and with a team.
Strong Technical and Business Analysis skill set.
Manages multiple projects at once while paying strict attention to detail.
Familiarity with popular third-party SaaS-based applications is an asset.
Familiarity with integrating third-party SaaS-based applications is an asset.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
