Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various client locations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial, residential or institutional spaces
- Able to organize and carefully arrange spaces effectively (closet, home)
- Utilize custodial equipment and supplies efficiently to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning schedules within designated timeframes
- Handle heavy lifting when moving furniture, equipment, or supplies during cleaning or maintenance tasks
- Maintain safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests or concerns regarding cleanliness
Experience
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is required; training will be provided for the right candidate who demonstrates skill but without experience
- Has a car with valid license Class 5F (preferred)
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and address client needs effectively
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail.
- Experience with heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning roles is desirable
